We're hurtling down the rabbit hole. Gravity's refuted. Back in 2002, on the very first anniversary of the 9-11 attacks, KPFA 94.1-FM radio in Berkeley launched Guns and Butter, a locally produced, regionally broadcast weekly show that is possibly progressive radio's most subversive. The program features muckraking intelligentsia from the fringe looking in and those from the geopolitical eye of the storm looking out. It's The X-Files for real--minus any little green men.

On September 11, I entertained a couple of house guests, senior journalists from Scandinavia. I remember watching in horror and disbelief the unfolding drama, as the United States was being subjected to multiple deadly attacks on-screen. I turned to the international affairs editor of a major Danish paper and told her "This could not have been done by al-Qaida." I am an Israeli and, as such, I have a fair "sixth sense" as to the capabilities of terrorists and their potential reach.

Last night, while Americans sat quietly expecting to watch a video 'tribute' to victims of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001—John McCain took advantage of America's good will to show a video falsely linking Iran to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

At 9:11pm (CST), the MSNBC coverage cut to a video being projected onto the main screen at the RNC.

The 9/11 documentary "ZERO" to be broadcast on Al Jazeera TV on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 in two parts and on Russian State TV on September 12, 2008 ("One") on Friday September 12th, 2008, from 9.25pm until 00.30am followed by a discussion with two US-journalists and two journalists from Russia. Estimated number of viewers: 20 million.

Berlin, September 6, 2008: 9/11 event in Germany supports demands for a new international 9/11 investigation. On September 11 the documentary "Zero" will be aired on Russian State TV.

In Berlin, Germany a 9/11 event took place on Thursday and Friday this week.

The Commerce Department's National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) will hold a technical briefing at 11 a.m. EDT on August 26, 2008, at its campus in Gaithersburg, Md., on the findings and recommendations from its building and fire safety investigation of the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 (WTC 7). WTC 7 was a 47- story building that fell nearly seven hours after the World Trade Center towers collapsed following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Completed over a three-year period, the NIST WTC 7 investigation presents the probable collapse sequence for the building and provides recommendations for improving building and fire safety in other buildings similar to WTC 7.

Shyam Sunder, director of the NIST Building and Fire Research Laboratory and lead investigator for the federal building and fire safety investigation of the World Trade Center disaster, will present the report and answer questions via webcast from invited technical persons.
