A wise meditation on tactics and approaches for the months ahead. We quibble a bit with Malaprop's see/hear/speak-no-evil advice re 9/11 disinfo and dunces, but agree that simply distancing oneself from the phony theories is usually better than noisy demonization. Still we do occasionally have to show that we too can tell wheat from chaff. - Editor

EVERYTHING points to a frame-up, complicity--you name it. There is enough evidence for them to swing from a rope a 100 times. The problem is getting a real investigation, a courtroom. At this point IMHO, all of our time would be better spent in learning interviewee skills under hostile conditions.

Furthermore, anyone who cannot keep their temper, and has so little self-control, is a ball and chain that I don't want to have to depend on to save this country. I don't want to mess with loose cannons. The way I feel is I have no time for, nor do I have interest in baby-sitting somebody whose ego outweighs the objective of saving this country. One is to just put their ego in a box out of sight for a year.

The Delaware Valley Peace Action chapter has just prepared a brilliant, hard-hitting 9/11 action proposal for this year's annual UFP&J Convention in St. Louis (2/19~21/05).

Eminent movement leaders like Medea Benjamin, Bob Bowman, Jodie Evans, Howard Zinn and many others have endorsed the 9/11 cause since mid-2003, but this is the first time 9/11 truth has ever been formally presented as a key organizing principle to any peace & justice conference, let alone the largest coalition in the land. The Hearst-owned Popular Mechanics magazine takes aim at the 9/11 Truth Movement with a cover story in its March 2005 edition. Sandwiched between ads and features for monster trucks, Nascar paraphenelia, and off-road racing are twelve dense and brilliantly designed pages purporting to debunk the myths of 9/11.

The article's approach is to identify the 9/11 skeptics movement with a series of mostly physical-evidence issues, while entirely ignoring vast bodies of evidence that only insiders had the means, motive, and opportunity to carry out the attack.

January 28, 2005-The evidence that certain elements of the government intentionally allowed and caused the 9-11 tragedy appears to be extremely strong. See, for example, Painful Questions by Eric Hufschmid, Synthetic Terror by Webster Tarpley, and The New Pearl Harbor and The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions by David Ray Griffin.

After failing to obtain any competent investigation or tangible results from the 9/11 Commission, the White House, or Congress (many of the governmental personnel responsible for preventing an attack on the U.S. have actually been promoted since 9-11), many Americans are asking whether justice may be obtained through the courts. The answer is complicated, and it would be impossible for a brief article such as this to do anything other than scratch the surface concerning 9-11 justice.

Instead of being the final word on 9-11 legal issues, this article is intended to be an introduction to strategy regarding 9-11 lawsuits, and a practical discussion of how to avoid some of the landmines present on the path to the courtroom battlefield which could knock the unwary out of the game before they even get started.

CAN WE WIN A 9-11 LAWSUIT?

Legally, I believe we should win in court. If the facts surrounding the 9-11 attacks were applied to the elements of the law in a vacuum, then I believe that many of the real 9-11 perpetrators and accomplices would end up behind bars. There is strong evidence from numerous sources that the 9-11 attacks could not have occurred without the assistance of people in our government. Under theories of murder, criminal negligence, conspiracy, treason and other doctrines, the perpetrators should be found guilty and brought to justice.

A mass movement and a mountain of disturbing evidence has been growing beneath the radar of U.S. media. The U.S. media (including alternative media) has done an extraordinarily superhuman job of "hearing" "seeing" and "speaking no evil." However, almost immediately after 9-11-2001's horrendous attacks on New York and Washington D.C., many researchers, ordinary citizens, and journalists [who've been given precious little print in U.S. papers or TV] began to smell something rotten . . . not in Denmark . . . but rather, right here in the good ol' US of A.
