ST. LOUIS (CN) - Two 9-11 conspiracy theorists say St. Louis used an unconstitutional ordinance to violate their right to free speech. Donald Stahl and William Demsar say city police arrested them on Feb. 6 for carrying a banner that stated, "911 Was An Inside Job!"

In their federal claim, the men say it was a peaceful protest calling for a new, independent investigation into the federal government's involvement into the events of September 11, 2001. The men say they were not blocking pedestrian or vehicular traffic.

They say police arrested them and destroyed their sign based on an ordinance that states: "No person shall sell or offer for sale any goods or merchandise, display any sign or pictures, participate in or conduct an exhibition or demonstration, talk, sing or play music on any street or abutting premises, or alley in consequences of which there is such a gathering of persons or stopping of vehicles as to impede either pedestrians or vehicular traffic."

Berkeley, CA, April 25, 2009 -- More than 640 Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911Truth) are calling for a new, independent investigation into the destruction of the World Trade Center high-rises. These building professionals cite evidence of explosive demolition at all three WTC high-rises on 9/11 and document the evidence at their website. Michael Heimbach, assistant director of the FBI's counterterrorism division, wrote that their claims and conclusion were "backed by thorough research and analysis."

AE911Truth will host exhibitor's information booth #2609 at this year's annual convention of the prestigious American Institute of Architects (AIA). The convention, with more than 800 exhibitors and more than 20,000 participating architects, will take place in San Francisco's Moscone Center, April 30-May 2.

STEVEN JONES, PhD, Professor Emeritus from BYU with a doctorate in physics, co-editor of the peer-reviewed Journal of 9/11 Studies, and member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth & Justice, will give presentations in Sacramento, CA, on April 30th, and in Davis, CA, on May 1st.

Janette MacKinlay, a wonderful artist who lived across the street from the Towers on 9/11 and has been an active, persistent advocate for 9/11 ever since, will also give a powerful 10-minute presentation entitled "Together we CAN." She'll also speak on "Getting the Dust to Where it Needed to be" -- the journey of the dust from her apartment and beyond.

London Truth Action and We Are Change London were at the G20 protest in the City of London yesterday raising awareness.

This last week-end of March, I had decided to hold a "9/11 Truth Garage Sale" to make a Spring clean in my Brussels house. As my twins grew into teens, you can imagine that I gradually assembled quite a lot of clutter.

A "9/11 Truth Garage Sale" is an excellent way to learn to know one's neighbors better. The 9/11 Truth theme allows you to easily start talking about the important issues surrounding what really happened on September 11th 2001.

Already a member of Medical Professionals for 9/11 Truth, I felt a surge of excitement at the idea of inviting (together with www.vigli.org) Prof David Ray Griffin to come to speak in Brussels. Always looking for ways to break the ice on the subject of 9/11 Truth, and needing to publicize DRG's conference which hopes to greet more than 600 paying citizens, I put in an ad for a "9/11 Truth Garage Sale" in the local English speaking weekly paper.

Professor David Ray Griffin, renowned author of a series of eye-opening books that recount his painstaking research into the attacks of September 11, 2001, begins his new European tour in London on 14th April. Stressing the fact that the time has come for a second look at the events of that fateful day, the tour will include stops in Paris, Brussels and Madrid, and several other cities.

Professor Griffin's talks will afford the public an excellent opportunity to learn more about the fundamental questions surrounding 9/11. The 9/11 Truth Movement, which started out as a disparate, grass-roots undertaking, has blossomed into a serious community that now includes many specialized branches, such as Pilots for 9/11 Truth, Firefighters for 9/11 Truth, Lawyers for 9/11 Truth, Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, Medical Professionals for 9/11 Truth, Political Leaders for 9/11 Truth, Religious Leaders for 9/11 Truth, Veterans for 9/11 Truth, and Scholars for 9/11 Truth and Justice (a group which includes a significant number of prominent scientists). Many former intelligence officers also support the movement and have contributed to the ever-growing list of evidence that proves far beyond a reasonable doubt that the explanations provided by the Bush-Cheney administration are quite simply false.

NEW YORK, NY -- Last night, in an attempt to get Mayor Bloomberg to answer questions about the Mayor's alleged neglect of 9/11 First Responders, three activists from the nation-wide "9/11 truth" group We Are Change were suddenly arrested and held over night in Central Booking.

The Mayor had been at the Times Square Hilton for a fund-raising event. The activists claim they were not asked to leave the premises, and were illegally arrested.

"All of the members of WeAreChange immediately complied with all instructions given by the security detail so that they could exit the building but within seconds arrest orders were given. According to WeAreChange camera operators, there is video of these unlawful arrests as it appears that in some cases there were no warnings given and some people were simply arrested just for being in the lobby of the hotel." Members of We Are Change also allege that police engaged in unnecessary brutality. Three video cameras were confiscated.
