February 24, 2009 - An alliance of doctors, dentists, nurses, therapists, researchers, and other medical professionals today announced the formation of Medical Professionals for 9/11 Truth and its petition calling for a new investigation into the events of 9/11. The group's website is at http://MP911Truth.org.

"As medical professionals, we are dedicated to the service of humanity; to alleviating suffering, to improving health, preventing disease, and to preserving life," said co-founder Jonathan Weisbuch, MD, MPH. "We are horrified by the terrorist acts of 9/11 and the senseless suffering and loss of life resulting from them."

"However," he continued, "as medical professionals, we are trained in science and logical reasoning. We are appalled by the lack of scientific rigor and the substantial omissions and blatant distortions in the official account of 9/11 as embodied in the 9/11 Commission Report and related government documents."

Dr. Weisbuch is a prominent public health physician and administrator and previously served as the Chief Health Officer for the States of Wyoming and North Dakota, as well as Los Angeles County, CA, and Maricopa County, AZ (Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale).

If you haven't heard of the "Big Tent" approach before then I will give you a quick explanation of why it is an ongoing problem for the 9/11 Truth Movement. The "Big Tent" approach is an all inclusive approach that believes all people professing to be "truth seekers" should be welcomed and supported by us and we should allow them a platform to push their ideas and theories regardless of their merits. By merits I mean ideas and theories supported by evidence-based rational arguments that are peer reviewed and accepted as credible. The great majority of the 9/11 Truth Community reject ideas or theories that are without merit, as they believe this will marginalise, dilute, confuse and isolate us as a movement. They "the Big Tenters" feel that we "the people" can figure out what is garbage and what is not and they should be able to present their ideas and theories on an equal footing in the name of free speech, regardless of their quality. On the other hand I do hope that these people publish our proven arguments, and am , absolutely thankful for this service!

In recent times a few new groups have formed that support the "Big Tent" populist approach, such as "Truth Movement Australia." I would ask all of you to be careful not to get to caught up with any group that might be getting off track with ideas that lack merit! Direct involvement and advertisement of these groups will only slow our progress to achieve their and our proclaimed aim: the truth.

In this interview Kevin Ryan discusses the science and psychology of 9/11. He also mentions an upcoming paper that provides strong evidence of incendiary residues found in the World Trade Center dust. Ryan, who is one of the co-authors of the paper, says that it is "...much more conclusive than anything we've published before, and is supported by considerable physical testing."

ABN: Kevin, you have been a central figure in the 9/11 truth movement. What have you learned from that experience?

KR: The struggle for 9/11 truth has gone on now for over seven years, although I've been involved only since 2003. In that time I've learned a good deal about history and social inertia, and I've made some progress in my communications skills. Many people might think that speaking out publicly, against the wishes of authority like I did, risking one's career and public standing, can only be harmful to a person. But I've found that by showing that I was genuinely seeking a positive outcome, the opportunity to make such a sacrifice became a blessing. There were changes, of course, including a new job and moving to a new town, and a huge amount of work with my new "unpaid job", but it has been worth it. This is in part due to the fact that I've learned that there are many people in the world who feel as I do, that the events of 9/11 were paradoxically something of a gift to mankind. We don't all agree on the details, but in my view, 9/11 is a wake-up call that can be used for the purpose of realizing our own limitations, and thereby making adjustments to how we live and interact with each other, and how we prioritize the education of our children. Once we tap into this ongoing "inside job", we will have the power to make lasting positive change in our society.

The Dallas 9/11 Truth Group gave out more than 4,000 newspaper-sized flyers ( http://www.911blogger.com/node/18142 ) and over 1600 DVDs during their marches in both Dallas MLK Parades.

There was the Dallas MLK Parade on Saturday, the 17th.

Monday, the 19th, 9/11 Truth also was represented in The Elite News Dr. Martin Luther King Parade-"The People's Parade." This parade is the second largest of its kind in the country, and has always been dubbed "The Peoples Parade." In 2008, it was reported to have had a turnout of an estimated 200,000 people.

In November, 2008, Gators911Truth sent a letter to FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, III asking the DOJ to consider the forensic evidence of controlled demolition as presented by Architect, Richard Gage - founder of AE911Truth.org. The evidence is presented in Gage's 2008 DVD lecture titled: "911: BLUEPRINT FOR TRUTH. The Architecture of Destruction".

The letter was sent under the provisions of TITLE18 USC § 2382, Misprision of Treason and/or 18 USC § 4 , Misprision of Felony. We received a response today from the Asst. Dir. of Counterterrorism, Michael J. Heimbach.

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA November 28, 2008 -- After recent theatrical runs of his narrative feature film ABLE DANGER in New York and Los Angeles, Lower Merion, Penn., native Dave Herman (aka Paul Krik) will screen his film for the first time for two nights only in the Philadelphia area on December 17 at Bryn Mawr Film Institute at 7:30pm and December 18 at the Wayne Theater at 5:00pm, 7:00pm, and 9:11pm presented by 9 /11 (And Beyond) Documentaries.

Herman is a class of 1986 graduate of Lower Merion High School, which coincidentally happens to be the neighboring Congressional District of U.S. Rep. Curt Weldon who brought the real "Able Danger" before Senatorial hearings and exposed the 9/11 whistle blowers. Sander Hicks, whose book The Big Wedding: 9/11, The Whistle Blowers & The Cover Up is seen in the film ABLE DANGER, will appear for a Q&A after the 9:11pm screening on Dec. 18.

David Ray Griffin on 9/11

The Building Revolution by Increasing Community Knowledge (BRICK), student organization from SPSCC is proud to announce a free presentation by David Ray Griffin at the Capitol Theater, Dec 3rd at 7pm. His talk entitled "The New Pearl Harbor Revisited: 9/11, The Cover-up and the Exposé," will discuss new evidence that has come to light regarding 9/11 since the 2004 publication of his now classic book "The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions About the Bush Administration and 9-11."

David Ray Griffin is a retired professor of philosophy of religion and theology who taught for more than 30 years at the Claremont School of Theology in California. He has written over 30 books, many of which deal with the 9/11 attacks and the implausibility of the Government's explanation of how they happened. Howard Zinn had this to say about him "Griffin's status as a renowned theologian and his systematic approach to the documented evidence lend this work unique importance and authority. Although still shunned by the mainstream media, his book has already encouraged many thousands to debate the case for possible government complicity and at the very least to demand a full, transparent and truly independent public inquiry."

Personally, I would have loved to have a larger audience, but the attendance of 165, including quite a few architects and engineers, I’m not complaining. Not surprisingly, the mainstream media excelled in not showing up.

Richard Gage’s lecture was supported with a very illustrative PowerPoint presentation, filled with revealing video material and a series of very convincing scientific explanations.

At the onset of his presentation, Gage took a poll, wondering how many people still believed in the official version of the events as portrayed by the US governement. About 20 hands went up. To the question how many people had doubts, a lot more hands went skyward.

When asked how many were convinced the destruction of the three buildings was due to 'explosive controlled demolition', the majority of the hands went up, proving we were dealing with an already pretty well informed audience.

There were 242 people attending the presentation (which was slightly above the number of seats of the venue) on Thursday the 13th of November: a full house indeed !

We actually had to refuse some people even though we did put a notice on our site stating that it was fully booked, and asking people NOT to come if they had not made reservations already -- do note that we probably could have had about twice as many people if we have had the adequate hall (we had to settle for this movie house, a larger venue was way too much money for our finances, unfortunately) and therefore, we had to cease advertising the presentation a few days before it was held...
