"...in particular, I would like to introduce to you a very courageous man named Blair Gadsby. I'm going to ask the folks with Blair to help him stand, as I tell you just a little bit about him. Blair is very weak, because he has been fasting for more than two weeks to try to bring attention to the cause of 9/11 Truth. This is the 16th day that Blair has gone without food, and spent his day outside the office of U.S. Senator John McCain, pleading with the Senator to take a look at new evidence of the 9/11 crimes.

Day 14: Blair was once again visited by many citizens from the Phoenix area. He remains in good sprite and health. I would like to take this opportunity to urge you to take 10 minutes out of Monday morning or afternoon and call one or two of John McCains offices and ask Mr. McCain to sit down with Richard Gage as soon as possible. This request has been made officially to McCain's Arizona staff and could possibly be fulfilled with your help.

Today is Day 13 of Blair's fast. It was 101 degrees in Phoenix today, and I can assure everyone that it was hot!! Blair is doing very well. He has lost 17 pounds total but still insists he's fine. As he says, he's not running any races, but he's still walking and conversing with all who come to see him. We had a lively discussion on theology for about an hour while I was there. Blair is as sharp as a tack and eager to debate!

Blair Gadsby went to the doctor on this day of his hunger strike for 911 Truth. 11 days with out food and the doctor gave him a clean bill of health! Blair is committed to seeing this thing through and will not compromise his request of two hours of McCains time. Good weather permitting a plane is scheduled to toe a 35 foot banner on friday between 5pm and 7pm, a rally of the movement here in Phoenix has been set for that time in front of McCain's office. The banner will read "Google Hunger Strike for 911 Truth" the plane will be over McCains office around 5pm for 15 to 20 minutes and then fly all over the valley. With the plane in the air now would be a good time to call local Radio and TV stations! Are you as hungry as we are?

Day 9 of Blair Gadsby's Hunger Strike for 9/11 Truth brought two radio interviews and a phone interview from The Arizona Republic. Blair responded to Senator McCain's letter and Senator Karen Johnson issued her own written request to Sen. McCain urging him to meet with Blair, and both Blair and Senator Johnson were interviewed by Jack Blood on GCN radio network. It seems as though Blair has cracked the veil of silence from the MSM as his 9/11 concerns will be stated in a nArizona Republic newspaper article. Your constant calls, email and faxes to the MSM are working (please see Media Alert below, to take action right now). Now is not the time to slow down or scale back our efforts. Your actions are empowering Blair and he feels it's because of your efforts that this hunger strike is receiving so much attention. It's time to push back. Could the summer of truth bring a crashing blow to the biggest cover-up of our time? -Tim King

Your Phone Calls and email are working! Hunger Strike activist Blair Gadsby has finally broke in to the main stream media. Tuesday evening Blair was interview by the Arizona Republic for an article that should come out Wednesday morning. Rumor has it that the NBC affiliate in Phoenix reported on Karen Johnson's request to senator McCain's office on the 10 o'clock news cast. Please keep it up and call the news outlets on Wednesday and ask then to cover this historic event!

 

Tuesday, June 3 2008   -   Truth Movement News

Day 8 of Blair Gadsby's hunger strike for 9/11 Truth was met with opposition and a written response from the office of U.S. Senator John McCain. Blair was approached by the property manager at McCain's office and a Phoenix police officer and was told to remove his signs, stating that he was on private property. Numerous signs and banners have been surrounding Blair during his hunger strike to add to the visual affect. Wanting to comply with the law we had no choice but to remove the signs and now he has only what he can physically hold. Later in the day Blair made yet another visit inside the office to hand deliver a request to meet with Senator McCain. At this moment Blair was handed a written response to his request that stated the Senator's schedule would not permit him to meet with Blair at this time. (McCain's response is below.) Notice the date on the letter--May 30th!! They let Blair sit outside, in 100 plus degree weather, on a hunger strike while that letter sat on someone's desk inside the office all weekend.

AZ Senator Karen Johnson: "Blair has a lot of courage and I'm hoping that what he does here will be very effective and that it will bring the attention to Senator McCain that is needed, so that he will take another look at this and really understand that there are a lot more questions than answers out there. and that The folks that lost their loved ones in this horrible tragedy deserve to have answers. That's what we need to do, is find these answers for them."

Phoenix, AZ, May 21, 2008 - In an effort to bring national attention to the 9/11 truth issue, Phoenix activist, Blair Gadsby, a professor of Religious Studies, plans to start a hunger strike on Memorial Day, at the Phoenix office of Senator John McCain. Gadsby is putting the spotlight on McCain because of McCain's avowed support for the official account of 9/11. McCain is the author of the foreword to the 2006 Popular Mechanics book, Debunking 9/11 Myths: Why Conspiracy Theories Can't Stand Up to the Facts.

Hungry for Truth -- Day 1 (5/27/08)

Todays action was a big success! 50 people joined Blair on the street in front of John McCain's Phoenix office. Lots of new faces and some old friends came to support the first ever hunger strike for truth. To the complete surprise of all involved the main stream media did not show up... The New England 9/11 Symposium, held this past Saturday (5/17/08) in Keene, NH, was a tremendous success. We had a great turn out and received local and, of course, independent media coverage.

First, the morning began at 9:45 a.m. with Bob McIlvaine's heartfelt speech, which is a reminder that, as Jon Gold put it, what we feel is nothing compared to what family members like McIlvaine feel. The part of his remarks that stuck out to me the most was when McIlvaine detailed his experiences researching 9/11 on his own and described his utter disgust with the 9/11 Commission. While speaking about the Commission he mentioned the day that Condoleeza Rice testified about the August 6th, 2001 PDB. To him it was obvious that Rice was spinning, lying, and not directly answering any questions posed to her by the Commissioners, who's questions were light as it was. He talked of how outraged he was when, after Rice testified, family members were rushing to shake her hand. The deception was so blatant how could the others not see it? I, as well as many others, believe that Bob is very strong and very brave.

Next up was acclaimed Canadian media critic and author, Barrie Zwicker.
