Imagine 10,000 people marching in New York City, from the offices of the New York Times at Times Square past other corporate media headquarters to the United Nations headquarters, calling for an "END TO THE 9/11 MEDIA BLACKOUT" and demanding that the International Criminal Court open an investigation of the unsolved crimes of Tuesday, September 11, 2001.?

That is what New York 9/11 Truth aims to achieve, and we invite you to join them at Times Square, or to organize marches and rallies in your own towns and cities. Watch this space for updates on speakers and more.?

I bought a copy of 9-11 On Trial from you guys. Very useful, well presented, even if I found the style of presentation a bit repetitive. Clearly written to try and reach folks who don't think much - which is a lot of the audience. Here in Australia too.

My primary reason for writing is to deplore the internecine warfare between people and groups who should be on the same side! I have little doubt that some agence provocateur have done an impressive job of setting 9-11 groups at tearing each other apart. This is a tragedy!

The Re-Open 9/11 European Tour organized and publicized by American philanthropist Jimmy Walter - now approaching its halfway mark - has already scored a significant success in moving world public opinion on this issue. The tour, which kicked off in Amsterdam on May 18 and will end in Rome on June 9, takes two international teams of speakers, plus a documentary film program, to eight European cities in seven countries.

The pen name she has chosen is of course a take-off on one of the late Johnny Carson's comic personae, but this woman is dead serious about the necessity to prevent Karl Schwarz from gaining any kind of leadership of the legitimate 9-11 truth movement and thus destroying its credibility.

Here Shaw wraps up his piercing inquiry into the ongoing dysfunction and self-censorship of the ostensible leaders of the "anti-war left." Whether dissecting the dark ironic roots of major "progressive" icons' funding or their blithe "lesser evil" boosting of corporatist Dems, he exposes troubling motives for both their 9/11 phobia and aversion to looking behind the curtain at how the show is really run. Last February United for Peace and Justice, the largest representative coalition within the American "anti-war movement", emerged from their second annual Assembly with a 2005 "action plan" that effectively caged the "anti-war" debate exclusively within the Iraq conflict to achieve partisan ends on behalf of the pro-war Democratic Party and their Neoliberal corporate benefactors. Their "action plan" refused to address any of the core issues of US Foreign and Defense policy, which are the root causes of a pervading culture of war and militarism that has taken over the nation in the years since WWII.

I writing to tell you that I will not be attending any more of your protest actions, and although that fact is admittedly insignificant, the reason behind it certainly isn't, because the reason is shared by hundreds of political activists, and millions of political dissenters.

Much in the way that the mainstream media has become marginalized as a source of information, your organizations have become marginalized in the arena of political protest, and much for the same reasons.

Oklahoma Trip Report

Delegates from 911Truth attended the Oklahoma City Bombing Investigation Committee's (OKBIC) convention commemorating the 10th anniversary of the April 19, 1995 bombing. They found startling similarities between the tragedies of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building and the World Trade Center. Both attacks have many common signs of federal government involvement and cover-ups.

Why the repetition of timid and futile tactics? Why support corporatist pro-war Democrats? Why the fear and loathing to face up to 9/11 and the larger agenda in play? In February of this year, United for Peace and Justice (UFPJ), a coalition of more than 800 peace and justice groups throughout the United States, held their second annual Assembly to hear and vote on proposals for a 2005 "action plan." With the war in Iraq fast approaching its second anniversary, and the larger "War on Terror" crossing its third and half year, close to 500 delegates from 275 member groups traveled to St. Louis in the hopes that the "anti-war movement"—which emerged with unprecedented speed and size just prior to the US invasion of Iraq in spring of 2003—could be resuscitated. Despite impressive beginnings, the movement as a whole has yet to make any significant impact on US policy, or achieve any lasting public resonance. More disturbing is the fact that since Bush's victory in November, it has gone completely MIA.

It was early 2005. It was a time of malaise, of vague apprehension, of depression, of disbelief, of foreboding and dread. It was the time after Bush&Co stole yet another election and we faced 4 more years of an ongoing, ever-darkening nightmare. It was long enough after the election to have moved beyond the shock and denial, but not far enough to have fully accepted and grokked our predicament, or to have the foggiest idea what the heck to do next.

We wonder, wouldn't that other Iraq war supporter Kerry have been better than this?

No. In the long run, things might have been worse.
