Subject: VOTIVES’ "Remembrance"
Staff and Coordinators of V.O.T.I.V.E.S send to families and survivors of the Oklahoma City Bombing, concerned citizens, and especially our 9/11 families who have joined us, our deepest sympathy and prayers on this 6th year of Remembrance of the 9/11 attacks. To all those in New York, at the Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania, we pray this day of Remembrance is hallowed in strength, unity, and perseverance against all those who would come against our citizens and this nation with terrorism.
Though we do not know you personally, we do know the humanness of humanity
with its spirit of sorrow in loss, and its strength in unity and healing. We
stand together in strength and remembrance of loved ones lost, and of families
that must embrace the courage and the perseverance to continue on. We remember
the injured and the strength it has taken to heal emotionally and physically.
We remember the rescue workers, the sacrifices they have made, then and even
now.
With Love and Prayers
