place in Oxford, Mississippi on Friday evening.

and Psychiatry at Emory University and author of The Political Brain: The Role
of Emotion in Deciding the Fate of the Nation.; Cynthia McKinney (tentative),
Green Party Presidential nominee; Sikivu Hitchinson, editor and founder of the
blogsite, blackfemlens.org; Aura Bogado, anchor Free Speech Radio News; Verna
Avery Brown, Pacifica News Director; Larry Bensky, longtime national affairs
correspondent for Pacifica Radio and host of KPFA’s Sunday Salon;
Verna Avery-Brown will speak with undecided voters at viewing parties who
will provide their reflections on the debate. If the event in Oxford Miss is
cancelled, then there will not be a national broadcast; however, if only John
McCain does not appear and Barak Obama precedes with a “Town Hall”
format, KPFK will still proceed with the national broadcast.
