Update2: Looks promising (not…): NYPD to investigate Tony Bologna…. “I don’t know what precipitated that specific incident,” [police commissioner] Kelly said, claiming the protesters were engaged in “tumultuous conduct” and “intent on blocking traffic.” [Ed. note: We recommend Mr. Kelly review the video, as the rest of the world is doing, and note these individuals were certainly not engaged in either of his accusations.]
